    After 3 weeks in the ICU�

    My legs were very weak after 3 weeks in the ICU. My therapist provided me with a commode chair but it was VERY uncomfortable. I went online and found something that effectively adds armwrests to the taller toilet. I am 6'3" and weigh 89 kg. It takes my weight and is high enough for me to use my arms to stand.

    Easy up and down and no more falls!

    My mother developed bad hygiene habits because of her condition. So we got her a taller toilet and added these bars to the toilet. Even though my mom is small the difference is night and day!! She doesn't struggle with her bathroom duties anymore. She is stable going up and down.

    These were so needed after my knee replacement. Only negative, you cannot really deep clean unless you just saturate the plate that holds the rails.

    After a full knee replacement I bought a toilet seat raiser which helped a lot but it was difficult to get off the elevated toilet. I wrenched my shoulder doing that. I looked for toilet safety rails and got a cheaper one. It broke quickly and luckily I wasn't hurt. This was better. Setting it up was a breeze and it holds my weight well. I recommend it.
